Founding Engineer (CDI) | Accounts Receivable Automation – Paris

• The Company

A company is building an AI-powered platform designed to fully automate accounts receivable and debt collection workflows.

Rather than a traditional SaaS tool, it develops an autonomous engine that connects directly to client systems and manages the entire process — from payment reminders to legal escalation — through intelligent, end-to-end workflows powered by LLMs.

The company is at pre-seed stage (~€1M raised) with a founding team of 3 and is entering a key phase of product construction.

• Role

Looking for a hands-on Founding Engineer to join at an early stage as one of the first technical hires, working directly with the CTO.

• Build and ship product features from scratch to production

• Design and implement end-to-end AI workflows (LLMs, agents, automation)

• Work across the full stack (backend, frontend, infra, data)

• Integrate with client systems and orchestrate complex data flows

• Contribute to core architectural decisions in a zero-legacy environment

• Iterate fast and take ownership of product scope

• Profile

• 1–7 years of experience

• Strong fullstack engineering skills (backend + frontend + systems thinking)

• Previous experience in startup environments or entrepreneurial projects

• Proven ability to build and launch products from scratch

• High autonomy and strong ownership mindset

• Comfortable operating in ambiguous, fast-moving environments

• Experience building real-world applications involving AI

• Hands-on work with LLMs, agents, or end-to-end AI workflows

• Ability to move from prototype to production systems
