Freelance - AI Creator

The Role:

We’re looking for a hands-on AI Creative/Graphic Designer — someone who can

generate, design, and polish assets with a perfect mix of AI fluency and graphic design

expertise. From day one, you’ll be producing content that goes live on brand channels.

You’ll be joining an established AI team that has already structured a program around

image and video creation, and you’ll work hand-in-hand with both AI and Marketing teams

on campaign execution. You’ll play a particular role in post-production to ensure assets

meet the highest creative and brand standards.

What You’ll Do

• AI-Driven Creation: Generate high-quality images and videos using the latest AI

models (Flux Kontext, Ideogram v3, Dreamina, Kling 2.1, Veo 3, Runway, Hailuo,

Minimax, etc.).

• Design & Refinement: Apply graphic design skills (layout, typography, composition,

retouching) to enhance AI outputs into brand-ready assets.

• Product Integration: Seamlessly integrate branded products into AI-generated

visuals with realism and attention to detail.

• Post-Production: Finalize assets with editing tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, After

Effects, Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, etc.) to ensure professional polish.

• Brand Adaptation: Adjust creative outputs for different social and digital channels

(Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn, YouTube, paid media).

• Innovation & Exploration: Experiment with emerging AI creative workflows and

bring new ideas for visual storytelling.

Plus (process & collaboration):

• Prompting & Workflows: Develop and refine prompt engineering and end-to-end

AI creative workflows; write and iterate prompts to achieve highly crafted assets.

• Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with creative, strategy, BA, and brand

teams to ensure outputs align with creative vision, campaign goals, and brand

tonality/guidelines.

• Performance & Iteration: Analyze results (A/B tests, engagement metrics) and

iterate assets accordingly.

• Model Ops for Brand: Fine-tune/adapt models for specialized product imagery to

ensure consistency with brand requirements.

• Enablement: Share best practices, upskill teammates, and guide model/tool

selection per use case.

• Production Partnership: Work with producers to assess feasibility, budgets, and

timelines for AI-based solutions.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven portfolio showcasing AI-generated visuals AND graphic design/postproduction work.

• Strong hands-on experience with generative AI tools (image & video).

• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere

Pro) or equivalent design/editing tools.

• Strong understanding of visual storytelling, brand guidelines, typography, and

composition.

• Ability to deliver high-quality assets independently from day one.

• Prior significant experience in AI-driven brand content creation and postproduction.

• Bonus: UX/UI design experience.

Additionally (nice-to-haves):

• Experience in advertising and social media marketing; familiarity with ad

platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok).

• Proficiency with broader AI/creative tools (e.g., OpenAI tools, Canva Magic Studio,

Adobe Firefly, Jasper, Synthesia, Midjourney, DALL·E).

• Background in graphic design, video editing, or content production;

understanding of production pipelines.

• Experience with SEO/paid media or data-driven creative optimization.

• 5+ years in a creative production or AI-focused role.
