• Prend en charge un portefeuille clients, en assure l’analyse du compte d’un point de vue comptable, le suivi des créances, et met en œuvre les procédures les plus adaptées pour recouvrer les sommes impayées

• Prend contact avec les clients ou leurs représentants, de manière à les informer de leurs impayés, à écouter leurs doléances et à en obtenir le règlement le plus rapidement possible, dans un esprit de confiance, de courtoisie et de maîtrise personnelle

• Informe les interlocuteurs internes intéressés au suivi clients (commerciaux, assurance, qualité, …) et obtenir de leur part une information adaptée au recouvrement des créances, en particulier dans la gestion des litiges ou des sinistres

• Prépare les documents nécessaires au traitement des dossiers clients par le contentieux si le recouvrement amiable n'était pas rendu possible par l'attitude des clients

• Assure la surveillance des évènements liés aux procédures collectives de nos clients sains
