Job Description

Natural Look Braiding Salon is seeking talented, motivated, and detail-oriented hair braiders to join our growing team.

We pride ourselves on delivering a Better Braid Experience through quality craftsmanship, consistent results, and exceptional customer service.

We welcome braiders at different skill levels who are passionate about braiding, eager to improve their techniques, and committed to providing high-quality services according to NLBS standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform knotless braids, box braids, boho braids, cornrows, twists, and other protective styles.
• Execute braiding services according to NLBS techniques and quality standards.
• Maintain clean parting, consistent braid sizing, proper tension, fullness, and neat finishing.
• Complete services efficiently while maintaining quality.
• Conduct client consultations and provide excellent customer service.
• Follow established salon procedures and service timeframes.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation.
• Collaborate effectively with other braiders and salon staff.
• Participate in coaching and ongoing skill development.

Qualifications

• Basic braiding skills and knowledge of protective hairstyles.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to improve.
• Ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented environment.
• Willingness to learn and consistently follow NLBS techniques and standards.
• Receptive to constructive feedback and coaching.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Dependable, punctual, and professional.
• Prior salon experience is a plus but not required.
