Head of IT AI & Innovation

Role Overview

We are seeking a Head of IT AI & Innovation to lead the design, deployment, and scaling of Artificial Intelligence initiatives

The Head of AI Technology & Innovation will define and lead the firm’s IT AI and innovation strategy across the organization working in strong partnership with business, data and Group.

You will Actively contribute to the identification, experimentation, and industrialization of innovative AI solutions supporting investment management, operations, compliance, distribution, and client servicing activities.

This is a strategic leadership role with strong visibility across executive management and the wider banking group.

Key Responsibilities

- Define and execute the AI & Innovation strategy aligned with Group priorities

- Industrialize AI adoption at scale across business lines

- Drive measurable business value (efficiency, revenue, productivity)

- Ensure strong governance, compliance, and risk management

- Foster innovation and experimentation ecosystem

- Lead change management and AI acculturation

Profile & Qualifications

- 10–15+ years experience in IT / Digital / Transformation roles

- Proven experience leading AI or innovation programs

- Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills

- Experience in financial services or asset management preferred
