Junior Branch Accountant

Job Summary

Nouvelage Clinics is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Branch Accountant to manage the daily financial operations of the clinic branch in Madinaty. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, monitoring daily revenues and expenses, reconciling cash and electronic payments, and ensuring compliance with the company's financial procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and record the branch's daily financial transactions accurately.
• Monitor and reconcile daily cash collections, credit card payments, and other payment methods.
• Prepare daily revenue reports and submit them to the finance department.
• Verify invoices, receipts, expenses, and supporting financial documents.
• Monitor branch expenses and ensure proper documentation and approval of payments.
• Reconcile patient payments, outstanding balances, and discrepancies in billing records.
• Coordinate with the reception, operations, and finance teams to ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Maintain organized financial records and ensure proper filing of all accounting documents.
• Conduct periodic cash counts and investigate any discrepancies.
• Assist with month-end closing, financial reporting, and internal audits.
• Ensure compliance with the company's accounting policies and internal controls.
• Perform other accounting-related duties as assigned by the Finance Manager.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Good knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting systems.
• Strong numerical, analytical, and organizational skills.
• High attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Good communication and coordination skills.

Working Conditions

• Work Location: Nouvelage Clinics, Madinaty.
• Working Hours: Daily shift from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM.
• Day Off: One rotational day off per week.
