• Payroll Management:Oversee the end-to-end payroll process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in payroll calculations, deductions, and disbursements
• Develop and implement payroll policies and procedures in compliance with labor laws and company policies
• Human Resources Administration:Lead HR operations, including employee onboarding, offboarding, record-keeping, and maintenance of HRIS (Human Resource Information System)
• Coordinate and facilitate HR-related training programs and activities
• Benefits Administration:Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee perks
• Communicate benefit offerings to employees, handle inquiries, and resolve issues related to benefits
• Compliance and Legal Matters:Ensure compliance with labor laws, tax regulations, and reporting requirements related to payroll and HR functions
• Stay updated on changes in employment laws and implement necessary adjustments
• Team Management and Leadership:Supervise and lead a team responsible for payroll processing, HR administration, or related functions
• Set objectives, provide guidance, and foster a positive and productive work environment within the team
• Employee Relations:Handle employee inquiries, grievances, and conflicts, providing guidance and support to resolve issues effectively
• Foster a positive employee experience by promoting a healthy work environment and culture

Skills and Qualifications:

• Payroll Expertise: Strong knowledge of payroll processing, tax regulations, and payroll software
• HR Management: Understanding of HR administration, including onboarding, benefits, record-keeping, and compliance
• Legal Compliance: Familiarity with labor laws, employment regulations, and reporting requirements
