NuVée Aesthetics is a nurse-led medical aesthetics and wellness practice focused on helping clients look and feel their best through personalized aesthetic, body contouring, wellness, and skincare services.

We are looking for a motivated, professional, and personable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) who is excited to grow within the aesthetics and wellness industry.

Position Overview

The LPN will support the clinical and client-care operations of NuVée Aesthetics while providing exceptional customer service and assisting with aesthetic and wellness services within their scope of practice and training.

The ideal candidate is confident, reliable, professional, personable, detail-oriented, and passionate about aesthetics, wellness, and helping clients reach their goals.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional, personalized client care from check-in through completion of services
• Assist with aesthetic and wellness treatments within scope of practice and company protocols
• Perform nursing duties appropriate to LPN scope and assigned services
• Complete client intake, medical histories, assessments, and documentation
• Maintain accurate and timely patient charts
• Educate clients on recommended treatments, wellness services, and aftercare
• Assist with treatment planning and client follow-up
• Communicate professionally with clients and team members
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming treatment environment
• Follow all clinical, safety, sanitation, and compliance protocols
• Support client retention through rebooking and appropriate service recommendations
• Participate in ongoing training and continuing education
• Represent the NuVée Aesthetics brand professionally both in the clinic and online
• Contribute to a positive, team-oriented environment

What We're Looking For

Required:

• Active, unrestricted North Carolina LPN license
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Professional, dependable, and punctual
• Strong communication and customer-service skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to learn and follow clinical protocols
• Ability to work independently while functioning as part of a team

Preferred:

• Medical aesthetics, dermatology, plastic surgery, wellness, or med-spa experience
• Experience with patient education and treatment planning
• Strong interest in aesthetics, wellness, skincare, and body contouring
• Sales or client-retention experience
