Marketing Operations Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized Marketing Assistant to support marketing operations across a portfolio of 20+ apartment communities. This is a process-driven role focused on keeping listings, websites, marketing materials, reporting, reviews, and resident events accurate, current, and consistent. The ideal candidate is reliable, comfortable following established procedures, and proactive about identifying issues before they become problems.

Key responsibilities

• Run listing consistency reports on a scheduled basis and flag exceptions for resolution
• Conduct monthly local listing audits across all communities
• Publish provided posts to Google Business Profiles
• Ensure ILS and Google Business Profile photos match the approved master photo set
• Conduct weekly website audits, including links, phone numbers, specials, and contact forms
• Test tracking phone numbers weekly to ensure they are functioning properly
• Pull weekly Yardi reports for leads, tours, applications, and leases by property
• Prepare marketing performance reports for management review
• Compile Google Analytics and Google Search Console reports
• Prepare and distribute the weekly marketing operations report

About you

• Previous experience in marketing, administrative support, property management, or a similar role
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Strong ability to follow documented processes and recurring schedules
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
• Comfortable working with reports, spreadsheets, and multiple data sources
• Strong follow-up skills and ability to manage multiple properties simultaneously
• Proactive approach to identifying and reporting inconsistencies
• Basic understanding of digital marketing and online listings
• Experience with Yardi, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, or apartment marketing platforms is a plus
