Notre client dans le secteur Luxe recherche un/une Consultant IT Transformation – CIO Office & TransformationH/F
Description de la mission:
1.2. Context and Objectives
The Group CIO Office & Transformation is composed of 6 main drivers:
- Augment CIO capabilities & promote IT
- Manage project portfolio & roadmap
- Drive IT transformation
- Achieve IT process excellence
- Seize & enable new ways of working
- Thrive as a community
The main missions around the IT Transformation Program supported by Group CIO Office & Transformation are:
- Align IT Transformation with the overall Beauty Tech vision
- Steer overall IT Transformation
- Coordinate change and communication efforts around IT strategy across the organization
- Monitor Global IT performance thanks to strategic dashboards
Key responsibilities include:
- Engineer and drive the IT roadmap and project portfolio, ensuring governance, dashboards and KPIs are put in place
- Promote digitalization and agility
- Implement efficient processes, tools and methods to ensure value tracking
The Group CIO Office & Transformation wants to reinforce its capacity to ensure the right level of management of key activities and deliver its main priorities. The department is looking for a partner able to support the current team in the missions described in section 2 (Service Perimeter).
2. Service Perimeter
2.1. IT Transformation support
2.1.1. Scope and request
The Group CIO Office & Transformation is responsible for properly conducting:
• IT Transformation Program, including:
- Define and execute governance
- Manage interdependencies
- Define and execute change (including communication)
- Report and manage program milestones and performance
• Augment CIO capabilities & promote IT, including:
- Group IT strategy activation and communication
- Organization reporting and delivery (including executive committee)
- IT performance monitoring follow-up
• Seize & enable new ways of working, including:
- Change management for IT strategy implementation
• Thrive as a community, including:
- Animation of a community of around 70+ people (CIO Office & Transformation Club every three months, CIO Office & Transformation Management Committee every month, CIO Office & Transformation Summit once a year)
- CIO Office & Transformation community performance follow-up
Support will be delivered to the CIO Office & Transformation by:
- Supporting preparation of Transformation Steering Committee (every 2 months)
- Supporting preparation of Transformation alignment meetings with Transformation leaders
- Supporting preparation of Transformation Workstream Status (one-pager) every 2 months
- Preparing key elements and support expected by the Transformation Program
- Supporting risk monitoring and integration topics
2.2.2. Deliverables
Expected deliverables include:
- Steering Committee meeting agenda, key topics to be addressed, follow-up items and key decisions
- IT Transformation integration roadmap, workstream one-pagers and KPIs
- Program dashboard and governance decks
- Support for multiple communications and IT strategy documentation
- IT KPI reporting
- CIO Office & Transformation community meetings agenda, key topics, follow-up items and key decisions
2.2. Expected profiles
Expected skills:
- Experience in transversal Transformation Programs involving multiple expertises and complex environments
- Experience in Transformation Program Management governance, processes and tools
- Mastery of PowerPoint presentations
- Fluent English
Compétences / Qualités indispensables :
Transformation program management in complex environments, Governance, processes and tools for large IT programs, Change management and communication for IT strategy, Mastery of PowerPoint and executive presentations, Fluent English

Profil recherché
5 to 8 years of experience in a top-tier consulting firm or in a complex IT transformation context (large organization, multi-country)
Hard Skills (mandatory)
Executive Storytelling: Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint to synthesize complex topics for C-level audiences
Data Visualization: Power BI and/or Excel for building tracking dashboards
Product Management: Strong understanding of key concepts (Product Lifecycle, Product Development Process, value-driven management)
Transformation / Change Management: Ideally familiar with the ADKAR methodology
AI Acumen (strong plus)
Knowledge of the "AI for IT" ecosystem: applying AI in software development lifecycle (SDLC) and IT operations
Ability to evaluate and monitor AI use cases (ROI, coherence, prioritization)
Soft Skills
High level of autonomy and a “doer” mindset (ability to move quickly from thinking to action)
Ability to simplify tech/AI topics for non-technical audiences and decision-makers
Comfortable in global and matrixed environments
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Language
Fluent English required (international context)
