People / HR Business Partner (part-time)

We are looking for a freelance consultant to support an international tech scale-up (SaaS / eCommerce enablement) in structuring and driving its People practices.

Key responsibilities

• Act as an HR Business Partner to managers and founders

• Lead People cycles: performance reviews, feedback, development plans

• Support managers on people-related challenges (coaching, decision-making, individual situations)

• Facilitate HR rituals (onboarding/offboarding...)

• Contribute to team retention and well-being

• Challenge and refine the HR scope (prioritization, pragmatism, right-sizing)

• Optimize the use of HR tools (e.g., HRIS) to maximize human impact

Format

• Part-time: ~1 to 1.5 days per week (flexible)

• Long-term engagement (12–18 months+)

• Remote-first, international environment (English required)

• Desired start date: May / to be agreed upon

Profile

• Strong experience in HR/People roles within tech/startup environments

• Ability to operate in an international, multicultural context

• Excellent interpersonal skills, strong cultural fit

• Comfortable with digital tools / HR automation

• French mandatory, Fluent English required
