Objectifs/Descriptif de mission :

Objective: Support LAKE Integration program on the Infrastructure stream by providing program management, reliable reporting, clear governance, and effective coordination across stakeholders, workstreams, and dependencies.

Main activities:
- Program planning and milestone tracking
- Consolidation and follow-up of actions, risks, issues, and dependencies
- Preparation of Executive/SteerCo reporting, governance materials and follow-up monitoring to IT Program Management
- Support for decision-making through structured & data-driven reporting
- Preparation of workshops materials, scenario analysis and key deliverables - see examples below
- Coordination across teams, zones, markets
- Monitoring of delivery progress against roadmap, critical path and follow-up monitoring
- Identification of risks, delays, bottlenecks, and mitigation actions
- Maintenance of PMO standards, templates, and documentation
- Support for budget/resource tracking if required

- Infra integration planning & readyness

Expected:
- Strong PMO experience in large-scale transformation programs
- Proven exposure to Infrastructure or IT transformation environments
- Ability to manage complex & international stakeholder ecosystems
- Strong synthesis, reporting, and communication skills
- High rigor in planning, tracking, and governance
- Ability to work in an international, fast-paced environment
- Fluency in English & French
