PMO Senior

Mission

 As part of IT Terminals & ramp; Inland Services Group, you will play a critical role in

managing the IT portfolio of terminals ramp; Inland Services, reporting directly to

the Head of the IT Terminals or Inland Services Group.

 Your primary mission is to enhance and industrialize the PMO function by leveraging your

extensive experience and proven methodologies.

 In this role, you will engage in major projects within the IT Terminals & Inland Services

scope, either as part of individual projects or larger programs. You will provide essential

support and guidance to Project Managers and Project Directors to ensure the successful

delivery of projects.

Tasks

1. Portfolio and Program Management

 Oversee the global IT portfolio for terminals & Inland Services, ensuring alignment with

strategic objectives and priorities.

 Ensure project/program dashboards for tracking progress, risks, and performance

metrics are properly managed by project managers and directors

 Consolidate and analyze project reports to provide clear and actionable insights to

stakeholders.

2. Methodology and Framework Development

 Define and implement PMO best practices, templates, and processes to streamline

project execution.

 Support the adoption of consistent methodologies across IT Terminals Group projects

and activities

 Regularly update and improve PMO tools and frameworks based on feedback and emerging

trends.

3. Support for Project Managers and Directors

 Provide coaching and mentoring to project teams on project planning, execution, and

monitoring.

 Share and promote best practices, ensuring alignment with established methodologies and

standards.

 Ensure robust risk management practices are applied, including the identification,

reporting, and mitigation of risks.

4. Financial and Resource Management

 Collaborate with teams to monitor project budgets and ensure financial alignment.

 Optimize resource allocation and track resource utilization across the IT portfolio.

 Manage the overall IT Budget on both ongoing and upcoming fiscal years.

5. Reporting and Communication

 Prepare regular reports and presentations for management and other stakeholders.

 Facilitate communication between diverse teams and organizations involved in the IT

Terminals Group.

 Ensure clarity and transparency in reporting project milestones, risks, and overall

portfolio health.

A minimum of 15 years of experience as a Project Manager and/or PMO in medium to

large-scale industries.

 At least 10 years of experience in a dedicated PMO role, including implementing PMO

practices.

 Strong organizational and methodological skills, with the ability to structure problems,

identify root causes, and report risks/alerts effectively.

 Excellent communication and listening skills, with the ability to engage and influence

stakeholders at all levels.

 Demonstrated flexibility, coupled with strong analytical and synthesis capabilities.

 Proficiency in financial management, including budget tracking and cost analysis.

 Advanced data analysis and reporting skills, with a high level of attention to detail.

 Experience working in a global, transversal context with multiple organizations is highly

desirable.

 Familiarity with project planning tools and the IT project lifecycle. A solid understanding of

IT landscapes and architectures is an advantage.

 Fluency in English (spoken, written, and read) is mandatory.

 PMI certification or equivalent advanced project management training is preferred.

 IT certifications (e.g., in operating systems or IT technology products) and industry-neutral

certifications are advantageous.
