PO/Senior BA Banker Solutions- Investment Banking

Production Management, report to the Head of Department and responsability for contributing to the vision, definition, implementation and steering of the product roadmap and developments related to business and technical requirements.

Strong proponent and able to transform business and IT issues and needs (objective, KPI, data availability…) in line with the business and IT management strategy and priorities.

Business lines, functions (Client Management, Legal, Compliance), GB Data Office, and the “Solution Design” team (business analyst, developers, UX/UI designer, testers) Creation of products and services to co-construct and improvement of various initiatives related to CIB corporate commercial activity for tomorrow.

Mission includes:

• Production vision definition and ensurance its operational deployment in line with business requirements

• Support on the maintenance and definition of the business and IT strategy and product roadmap

• Organazation of the design of evolutions of operating models / new "Features” with the main actors (UX/UI designer, Project Manager, MOA, functional architect)

• Promotion of the transformation of new product ideas and setup an action plan according to the portfolio budget and the overall objective

• Prioritization and formalization of the business requirements in the form of Backlog (Features) and promote the concept of MVP

• Ensurance on the prioritization and Backlog preparation of each sprint

• Continuous assess stakeholder feedback (sponsor, users, etc.) and identify areas for improvement

• Conduction of diagnosis on information system: identify existing functionalities and use cases, current process and IS limits, identify opportunities for improvement

• Validation of deliverables and dependencies with business and IT teams

• Operations and Support Function teams (Client Management, Legal, Compliance) to ensure onboarding of new features

• Contribution to the implementation of the change management strategy: deployment plan, action plan, coordination, communication, user training, user guide

• Management of a Product Owners team and support them in their projects and related tasks

• Communication effectively and proactively with management on the ideas and recommendations on the expected strategy and identified actions
