About the Role

You'll be joining Revio's product & tech team — 5 engineers (4 full-stack and 1 senior full-stack data engineer). You'll work hand-in-hand with me, Victor, cofounder & CPO (a trained designer) as Revio's first dedicated Product Design hire.

This isn't a "make it pretty" design internship. You'll be shaping both the product experience and the way design gets done at Revio as we lean into an agentic way of building.

What You'll Work On

• Product design : end-to-end design work across the Revio platform: flows, screens, interactions, from exploration to shipped feature and fixes.

• Design ops : using AI agents to keep design and codebase in sync, and building/optimising the tools and workflows that connect Figma to production.

• Agent design-spec generation : defining how design specs get written and structured so that AI coding agents can implement them directly and reliably, reducing the design-to-code gap.

• Rethinking the UI kit : auditing, rebuilding and documenting Revio's design system and component library so it scales with the product and stays usable by both humans and agents.

• Visual assets : producing visuals for our marketing site and content: illustrations, graphics, social and marketing collateral.

Ideal Candidate

We're looking for someone who:

• Is a design student or recent graduate with a strong portfolio in product design (UX/UI), not only visual/graphic design.

• Is genuinely curious about using AI agents and LLM tools as part of the design workflow.

• Has an interest in design systems. Building and maintaining a UI kit that stays consistent as a product grows.

• Can also turn out clean visual/graphic assets for marketing and content, beyond product UI.

Bonus points for:

• Familiarity with Figma's developer/code-connect tooling, or design tokens.

• Experience prompting or building small workflows with LLMs/AI agents (even personal projects).

• Prior internship or startup experience.

• Interest in mobility, automotive, or the energy transition.

Recruitment Process

1. Intro call (30 min) — background, motivations, presentation of the role.

2. Portfolio review & design exercise (1h) — with Victor (CPO): walkthrough of your work, hands-on exercise on a real Revio design problem.
