Project Manager & Business Analyst F2M & Back Office

As part of the project and change team, the requested PM’s mission will be to assist the team Operations in framing and preparing the coming changes, Front to Middle to Back (incl. NAV, Reporting, etc.), impacting the operational set up, and ensure for each a smooth roll out. Strong knowledge of Asset management and expertise in Back Offices (Fund Accounting, Transfert Agent, Custody, Depobank, Fund Dealing Servicies) is required.

From a project perspective, Structuration, preparation and organization of the assigned projects, communication, monitoring, measurement, reporting and follow up, ensuring its achievement and accompanying the change all along the process.

Functionally, active participation in the target model definition, pre-requisites and constraints identification with all the involved teams and actors.

Prepare and ensure roll out of the changes, until final handover to BAU and project closing.
