Regional Stores & Billing Manager

Position- Regional Stores & Billing Manager, Delhi-NCR region

Administratively reporting to - PMO head Functionally reporting to Director Coordination with-

Internal stakeholders- PMO Head, Project coordinator, Production Manager, Logistics incharge, Billing and accounts team at Head office and Administration

External stakeholders- Client Stores, billing, accounts, project head/ Project director

Role and responsibilities of Regional Billing Manager

· Follow-up with site incharge and verify the actual quantity of material dispatched at site vis-à-vis Invoice and intimate Head office billing

· Submit invoices along with MTC and MIR to client billing team

· Ensure timely invoice/ bill booking and report to HO billing team

· Coordinate with HO- billing & account team to ensure accuracy of billing data and highlight in case of any discrepancy

· Track receivables and follow up with clients for timely payments.

· Godown stock management

· Provide financial insights to management regarding cash flow and billing efficiency.

· Implement process improvements to reduce billing errors and delays.

· Conduct site audits to review performance of site in-charges vis-à-vis timely bill submission, timely reporting of discrepancy and present performance report site wise on monthly basis in coordination with Project coordinators

Key performance Indicators:

· Weekly task report submission of plan versus achieved

· One page report in excel sheet to be presented to the management every fortnightly describing briefly project wise status of Bill/ Invoice booking, released for payment, BG status, outstanding payment status

· Quarterly audit report of project site to be presented describing briefly material received status and material lost/ misplaced, housekeeping i.e., material management at site, co-operation from site in-charges and improvement area.

Qualification & Experience-

· Diploma in Civil Engg/ Degree in Civil Engg.

· Overall experience- 6 years in Stores, Billing process

· Resident of Gurugram

· Immediate joining or joining with 15 days max.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
