Context

NEO is a major global program decided by the Executive Committee of a leading cosmetics group, designed to create common, simplified, and harmonized ways of working that enable the group to operate cross-functional processes in its plants, countries, zones, and divisions. By optimizing processes among divisions, NEO will support go-to-market initiatives in a more consumer-centric and agile way, while improving user experience and workloads for teams. Laying the foundation for “Beauty Tech,” NEO will contribute to the group’s performance by leveraging data and helping transform the company into a “smart company.”

Missions

• Act as the SAP Logistics & Transportation Solution Expert within this major IT and business transformation program.

• Provide technical and functional expertise for solution design and integration.

• Ensure the solution is integrated into the application ecosystem with a robust and sustainable architecture.

• Maintain a standard system with minimal customization to achieve efficiency in a modern, world-class solution with a user-centric mindset.

• Manage requirements and relationships by understanding scope and solution definition, maintaining strong relationships with business partners, IT colleagues, and external resources.

• Deliver high-quality Functional Requirement Specifications (FRS) and oversee the functional design of RICEF objects (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms).

• Design and govern global integrations with third-party systems (such as WMS and TMS) and customs processes (declarations, customs forms) using APIs and forms integration.

• Define, prepare, and execute unit, functional, and integration tests in collaboration with the development team.

• Drive the creation and regular update of training documents and user guides to support change management.

• Actively participate in daily meetings and project rituals within an Agile team structure.

• SAP LE (Logistics Execution): Outbound Delivery (OBD) Management, Pick, Pack, and Post Goods Issue (PGI)

• SAP SD (Sales & Distribution): Sales Orders, Proforma Invoices, related forms, and notions of Freight order and freight units

• API integration and forms integration

• Third-party systems: Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Transportation Management Systems (TMS), Customs declaration systems

• Agile methodology and tools

1. 5+ years of IT project implementation experience, with a proven track record on complex SAP logistics projects
2. Solid understanding of API integration, forms integration, and connecting SAP with other legacy/external systems (WMS, TMS, Customs declaration systems)
3. Capability to execute functional testing and collaborate closely with developers during debugging and validation phases
4. Practical expertise working in an Agile environment
5. Fluent English is mandatory
