Pour l’un de nos clients, une banque située à Luxembourg Kirchberg, nous recherchons un Senior Change Manager - Olympic Decommissioning.

Mission, Objectives & Delivery

Profil recherché :

• Senior Change Manager avec expérience avérée sur la transformation d’activités bancaires et connaissance de l’activité Corporate Trust

Mission principale :

o Coordination globale du Change Management (stratégie, communication, formation, gestion des résistances).

o Interface avec les clients impactés : identification des besoins, communication proactive, gestion des feedbacks.

o Collaboration avec les équipes internes (FA, TA, Private Capital, Custody, etc.) :

• Cartographie des impacts par métier.
• Alignement des processus, redéfinition des Operating Model / procédures opérationnelles, et formation des utilisateurs.
• Résolution des bloqueurs en lien avec les équipes techniques (OFS/ATLAS2/Calypso).

o Suivi des livrables : plans de communication vers les opérationnels, supports de formation, reporting d’avancement.

Compétences clés :

o Expertise en gestion de transition système dans un environnement bancaire complexe.

o Maîtrise des enjeux Corporate Trust et des outils cible (OFS, ATLAS2, Calypso – un plus).

o Leadership pour fédérer des stakeholders multiples (clients, métiers, IT).

o Résistance au stress et capacité à gérer des priorités conflictuelles.

Livrables :

• Plan de Change Management détaillé (timeline, RACI, risques).
• Stratégie de communication (interne/externe) et supports associés.
• Programme de formation adapté aux différents publics (clients, métiers, support).
• Tableau de bord de suivi (KPIs : adoption, incidents, satisfaction).

Profil Description

Experience in the environment of the service : 11+ years

Key responsibilities :

• change management, from submission to closure, with the main objective of facilitating their execution with minimal impact on operations.
• protection of the information system, by ensuring that the changes made do not present unacceptable risks.
• detection of potential conflicts between different changes and proposing the most appropriate date for production rollout.
• establishment and continuous improvement of the change management process within the operational Production teams.

Its main missions are as follows:

• Ensure the quality of change requests and compliance with lead times
• Monitor change requests throughout their life cycle
• Organize and/or participate in change validation bodies
• Change Advisory Board (CAB)
• Communicate the list of changes and associated risks
• Ensure compliance with the change management process.
• Be the referent of the change management process and share best practice
