Senior IT Solution Architect & Technical Program Lead

Context

A leading global beauty company is seeking an experienced IT Solution Architect & Technical Program Lead for the project "Field IQ." This role focuses on developing a next-generation global sales intelligence platform designed to unify data for the global field force through an AI-powered "Companion" (Cockpit). The position is based at 2 avenue de la liberté, Saint Ouen.

Missions

• Serve as the primary technical authority and own the Target Architecture for the Field IQ platform (Cloud-based, API-first, AI-driven).

• Ensure global scalability by validating the technical core built for the Iberia pilot for worldwide rollout.

• Lead technical governance and act as the main contact for the Global Head of Engineering and IT leadership.

• Supervise the Data Readiness stream and guide the External Data Engineer on the 7-step execution framework (Scope, Quality, Ingestion, etc.).

• Define the Global Semantic Layer, including business rules and KPIs (Sell-in, Sell-out, POS performance) to ensure data consistency across markets.

• Act as the "Guardian of Data Quality," ensuring effective execution of data remediation plans at Zone/Country levels.

• Collaborate with Zone IT Europe to orchestrate technical integrations between the Global Core and regional/local data sources (SAP, Kepler, CRM).

• Lead the technical onboarding of the Iberia Pilot Market, ensuring seamless connectivity and AI model performance.

• Manage technical relationships and delivery quality with External Technology Partners (SaaS/Build vendors).

• Oversee the technical build of five key AI modules (POS Prioritization, NBA Sell-in/Sell-out, Routing, Visit Debrief).

• Focus on Explainable AI (XAI) to foster trust and adoption of predictive recommendations by field teams.

Tools & Environment

• Multi-cloud platforms, particularly Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and Microsoft Azure.

• Modern data architectures including Lakehouse, distributed analytics, semantic layers, and scalable data products.

• Data modeling (conceptual, logical, dimensional, semantic).

• Data quality and governance frameworks.

• Ingestion architectures.

• API-first and event-driven integrations.

• AI capabilities including GenAI, Agentic AI, AI orchestration, multi-agent workflows, LLM integration patterns, and scalable AI product deployment.

• GCP AI capabilities such as Vertex AI.

1. 8-10+ years in IT Solution Architecture or Technical Lead roles, preferably in Global FMCG or Retail environments
2. Multi-Cloud Architecture Expertise with strong experience designing and operating enterprise-grade solutions across multiple cloud platforms, particularly Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and Microsoft Azure
3. Modern Data Platform & Data Modeling Expertise including Lakehouse, distributed analytics, semantic layers, and scalable data products
4. Strong hands-on experience with data modeling (conceptual, logical, dimensional, semantic), data quality and governance frameworks, ingestion architectures, and API-first and event-driven integrations
5. AI Product & Intelligent Solution Architecture experience designing and industrializing AI-powered business products and intelligent enterprise solutions at scale
6. Strong understanding of GenAI and Agentic AI use cases, AI orchestration and multi-agent workflows, LLM integration patterns, and scalable deployment patterns for AI-enabled products
7. Experience leveraging GCP AI capabilities (Vertex AI)
8. Data & AI Literacy with strong knowledge of data modeling (Semantic Layers) and practical constraints of deploying AI/ML models in business-facing applications
9. Fluent in English; French or Spanish is a plus
