Role Description The Store Manager role at TOUS Jewelry is a full-time, on-site position based in Houston, TX. The Store Manager oversees daily store operations, including supervising team members, coordinating schedules, and ensuring the store environment aligns with brand standards. This role is responsible for driving sales performance, managing visual merchandising, monitoring inventory, and overseeing retail loss prevention procedures. The Store Manager also leads by example in delivering exceptional customer service, resolving issues, and promoting customer satisfaction and loyalty. In addition, the role involves training and coaching the team, communicating company initiatives, and reporting key performance metrics to leadership.

Qualifications

• Strong customer-focused skills, including Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service.
• Effective interpersonal and professional Communication skills.
• Experience in Store Management and retail operations leadership.
• Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention practices and procedures.
• Previous management experience in retail, preferably in jewelry, fashion, or luxury goods.
• Ability to lead, motivate, and develop a diverse team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Basic proficiency with point-of-sale systems and retail reporting tools.
• Availability to work retail hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
