Strategy Consultant IA

We are looking for a experienced Strategy & Management Consultant to join a large-scale transformation programme within the automotive industry, with a strong focus on Artificial Intelligence, digital transformation and business value creation.

The programme involves several workstreams and multidisciplinary teams. The Strategy team will play a key role in ensuring that AI and technology initiatives are aligned with the client’s strategic priorities, successfully adopted across the organisation and delivering measurable business value.

Key Responsibilities

Depending on seniority, responsibilities will include:

• Contribute to the definition and execution of the AI and technology strategy.

• Ensure alignment between proposed solutions and the client’s strategic and business objectives.

• Identify opportunities to improve solution adoption, customer experience and business value.

• Support the value realization of AI and transformation initiatives.

• Structure complex strategic topics and translate them into clear recommendations and actionable roadmaps.

• Engage with senior stakeholders across business, technology and transformation teams.

• Coordinate and align multiple stakeholders and project teams around common objectives.

• Prepare strategic analyses, recommendations and executive-level client presentations.

• Contribute to the overall success and development of the strategic partnership.

• Lead the strategy workstream and provide senior-level strategic guidance.

• Manage complex relationships with senior client stakeholders and executives.

• Act as a trusted advisor on AI, digital and technology transformation topics.

• Ensure alignment between client priorities and delivery teams.

• Identify and drive opportunities for additional business value creation.

• Lead stakeholder engagement and support key decision-making processes.

• Act as the primary escalation point for strategic topics.

• Ensure the overall health, impact and success of the engagement.

Desired Profile

• Significant experience in Strategy Consulting or Management Consulting.

• Proven experience leading complex strategic engagements for large organisations.

• Strong senior stakeholder and client relationship management skills.

• Ability to structure and solve complex business and transformation challenges.

• Experience in AI Strategy, Digital Strategy, Technology Strategy or large-scale transformation programmes.

• Strong understanding of business value, adoption and transformation challenges.

• Excellent communication, facilitation and executive presentation skills.

• Automotive or mobility industry experience is a plus.
