Position Summary:

Fournit un soutien quotidien en matière de supervision et / ou coordination à une équipe de salariés opérationnels et / ou administratifs, ou de sous-traitants. Est responsable de l’exécution quotidienne des tâches de l’équipe et des activités déléguées afférentes aux salariés opérationnels et / ou administratifs, telles que définies par les politiques locales. Peut comporter des discussions quotidiennes portant sur le suivi / la gestion des performances et le développement des performances, l’administration afférente aux salariés, le support en cas de mesures disciplinaires et, dans le cas des prestataires externes, la gestion des contrats sous la supervision du Management concerné
