Role: Windows Server Admin / Hyper-V Team Lead (L3)

Responsibilities

• Provide L3 support for Windows Server and Hyper-V infrastructure.
• Manage Hyper-V hosts, clusters, virtual machines, and migrations.
• Troubleshoot critical infrastructure issues and perform RCA.
• Lead a team of administrators and handle customer escalations.
• Drive platform stability, security compliance, and operational excellence.
• Develop automation and process improvement initiatives using PowerShell.

Preferred Skills

• Azure Administration / Hybrid Cloud
• SCVMM
• ITIL Foundation Certification
