Missions

Design, develop, and extend Microsoft Power Platform solutions, including model-driven apps, canvas apps, Power Automate flows, and Dataverse, within a large-scale enterprise environment serving numerous users across complex organizational structures.
Configure and implement technical components such as security settings, data models, and business processes, ensuring optimal application lifecycle management through solutions and DevOps pipelines, while maintaining performance, reliability, scalability, and security standards.
Deliver tailored user experiences, integrations, automations, visualizations, and reusable components to support enterprise requirements.
Provide consulting and hands-on support to business entities, promoting best practices and ensuring adherence to governance frameworks.
Contribute to platform governance, adoption, and documentation efforts, fostering community engagement and collaboration across teams.
Lead the development and evolution of Copilot Studio solutions, co-creating offerings with relevant entities, establishing the necessary technical foundations, and supporting solutions through validation gates and compliance checks.
Participate in incident and request management related to Power Platform services, ensuring timely resolution and continuous service improvement.
Operate within an agile, collaborative, and remote working environment, demonstrating strong ownership, communication, and focus on service quality.

Profil recherché

Expertise:

Proven experience in designing, implementing, and supporting Power Platform solutions within large tenants and complex organizational setups.
Strong knowledge of Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and related technologies.
Experience with solution management, DevOps pipelines, and platform governance.

Technical Skills:

Deep understanding of Power Platform architecture, security configurations, and integration methods.
Ability to build and evolve Copilot Studio solutions and support AI-driven platform features.
Familiarity with ITIL practices related to service management.
Experience working in large-scale, federated enterprise environments.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to document solutions and collaborate effectively in a remote, global setting.
