Grant Thornton Bharat LLP is hiring Customer Success / Key Account Managers (Assistant Manager level) for one of our premium clients, which is currently expanding its GCC operations in Bangalore.

Job Details

• Role: Key Account Manager / (Assistant Manager)
• Experience: 5-15 Years
• Location: Whitefield, Bangalore
• Work Mode: 5 Days Work from Office
• Cab Facility: Both-side cab available
• Interview Mode: Face-to-Face

Key Responsibilities

• Manage client relationships(B2B) and ensure high client satisfaction.
• Handle escalations and resolve issues effectively.
• Engage with CXO/CFO-level stakeholders, primarily in the US.
• Drive client retention and long-term account growth.
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
• Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Strong experience in Client Success, Account Management, or Client Relationship Management.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven experience handling customer escalations.
• Ability to work with senior global stakeholders.
• Calm, solution-oriented, and customer-focused approach.
• Willingness to work from the office 5 days a week.
