Accounting Asssistant

• Review and process reimbursements of Business Partners (BP), including BP Delivery Invoices (Out-of-Pocket expenses)
• Handle payment processing, monitoring, and coordination of utilities, lease, renovations, repairs, and manning expenses
• Handle BP clearances and process cash bond refund payments of BP transitions
• Process Special Payment requests for miscellaneous or other expenses
• Prepare and send out Monthly Statement of Account (SOA)
• Maintain BP information database and Update any change of BP details in the system
• Release communications to Business Partners and relevant Departments (e.g. birthday greetings, new branch address for site transfers, and other announcements)
• Coordinate Branch-related insurance claims including renewal of policy, allocation of premiums per branch, and collection of payment on premiums from BPs
• Respond to BP queries/requests (e.g. certificate of income, copy of remittance advice, BIR requirements such as 2307, BP Certification)
• Support the renewal, amendment, and administration of BP contracts

• Able to work onsite in Makati from Monday to Friday
