Associate Executive (Pathology)

You will provide general administrative support to the department. This includes coordinating meetings and events, preparing minutes and statistical reports as well as updating duty rosters and departmental documents. In addition, you will be required to provide support in receiving/ dispatching laboratory specimens and transcribing laboratory results.

Requirements

• GCE 'A' levels or Diploma with at least 2 years' relevant experience
• Good team player with strong organisational and communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Willing to perform three rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays
