Associate Lead - HR

• We are looking for an experienced and strategic HR Business Partner to support the Global Sales organization
• The incumbent will partner with business leaders across geographies to drive workforce planning talent management performance management employee development and HR transformation initiatives while enabling business growth through people practices

Key Responsibilities:

• Headcount Planning and mobilizing fulfilment by working with extended teams including Talent Acquisition Compensation and Benefits Corporate Planning Organization Design and the Sales Heads on those requirements this would also include working on GLOMO tool with the leaders and GI Team on fulfilling the position requirements
• Employee Assimilation Program creation and execution defining the onboarding plan for Sales folks across the globe 30 60 90 day assimilation plan and track adherence to it
• Deployment of talent and tracking BPHR metrics and utilization along with leaders to ensure that the function is adequately staffed and any positions are getting internally published externally searched upon timely
• Driving Performance Management activities including goal setting evaluation and consequence actions along with regional HR and Employee relations teams
• Design and Deployment of Talent programs for the Sales Global Markets teams
• C B Management Employee development succession planning and employee engagement initiatives
• HR Solutions and Metrics tracking and Reporting for the Unit

Technical Requirements:

• Self Starter and ability to work with multiple cross functional teams to drive business goals working across multiple time zones countries as may be needed
• Ability to work through ambiguity and unknown scenarios by applying HR domain skills as well as partnering with relevant stakeholders to develop solutions
• Ability to review the data objectively and present insights to the leadership
• Global outlook and cross cultural sensitivity ability to understand different country cultural nuances policies and operating framework while being able to devise solutions for smooth functioning of the Global Markets team i
• Process and Policy improvements to be driven when a redundant and ability to question status quo to remove inefficiencies from the process
• Good understanding and comfort with Compensation and Benefit analysis lead the discussion on compensation analysis benchmarking with the Sales leaders and C B Corporate team and be the voice of the business for the corporate functions and vice versa
• Excellent Domain knowledge and Communication Skills to be able to build trust and confidence with the Sales leaders
• Good Presentation skills and ability to create impactful presentation with data and insights
• Comfortable in excel skills including graphs pivots and analysis
• Accountability and Closure orientation towards any project tasks assigned
• Work from office as per policy guidelines
• Work UK shift Flexible hours to cater to Global Sales Team support
