Autocad Design Engineer

Role & responsibilities

• Develop and maintain CAD drawings for office layouts, furniture placement, and space utilization.
• Collaborate with architects, interior designers, and project managers to translate requirements into functional designs.
• Conduct space audits and provide recommendations for optimization.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and accessibility standards.
• Prepare 3D visualizations, floor plans, and technical documentation for client presentations.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors for implementation of design plans.
• Maintain an updated database of space usage and occupancy reports.
• Support facility management teams in planning relocations, expansions, or renovations.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelors degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or related field.
• Certification in CAD software (preferred).
