What they need
- Mengelola pendaftaran, penonaktifan, dan perubahan data kepesertaan BPJS Kesehatan & Ketenagakerjaan.
- Menghitung potongan iuran BPJS karyawan setiap bulan.
- Menyiapkan dan mengajukan pembayaran tagihan iuran bulanan.
- Mendukung proses pengajuan klaim JHT, JKK, JKM, dan JKP.
- Membuat laporan dan rekapitulasi data BPJS secara berkala.
- Menjadi penghubung antara karyawan, BPJS, dan pihak terkait.
- Mendukung administrasi HR lainnya yang berkaitan dengan BPJS.
KUALIFIKASI
- Minimal D3/S1, semua jurusan.
- Memiliki pengalaman 2 tahun sebagai HR/Admin BPJS atau posisi terkait.
- Memahami administrasi dan regulasi BPJS Kesehatan & Ketenagakerjaan.
- Menguasai Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, SUMIF, dan fungsi dasar lainnya).
- Pengalaman menggunakan ERP/SAP, payroll, Edabu, atau SIPP menjadi nilai tambah.
- Teliti, detail-oriented, dan mampu bekerja dengan deadline.
- Komunikatif, jujur, serta mampu bekerja secara individu maupun tim.
