We need a dynamic and customer-focused BPO Customer Support Executive to manage inbound and outbound communications. You will serve as the main point of contact for clients, resolving issues and delivering high satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer incoming calls, chats, or emails promptly.Understand customer needs and offer effective solutions.Maintain accurate logs of customer interactions in the database.Meet daily and weekly performance targets.
Qualifications and Skills:
High school diploma or a bachelor's degree.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Basic computer and typing proficiency.Patience and active listening skills.
Pay: From ₹18,000.00 per month
