CAD Operator

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically skilled CAD Operator to create, modify, and maintain accurate technical drawings and plans using computer-aided design (CAD) software. The successful candidate will work closely with engineers, architects, designers, and project teams to ensure drawings meet project specifications and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed 2D and/or 3D drawings using CAD software.
• Create, revise, and update technical drawings based on specifications, sketches, and design instructions.
• Interpret engineering, architectural, and technical drawings.
• Ensure drawings are accurate, complete, and compliant with project standards.
• Incorporate revisions and maintain proper drawing records and documentation.
• Coordinate with engineers, designers, architects, and other team members regarding drawing requirements.
• Check dimensions, materials, tolerances, and other technical details for accuracy.
• Organize and maintain CAD files, drawings, and project documentation.
• Assist in preparing plans, layouts, shop drawings, and as-built drawings when required.
• Follow company procedures, drafting standards, and applicable codes and regulations.
• Perform other related drafting and CAD duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Diploma, certificate, or degree in Drafting, Engineering Technology, Architecture, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a CAD Operator, CAD Drafter, Draftsman, or similar role.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD or other relevant CAD software.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good mathematical and spatial visualization skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of relevant drafting standards and industry practices is an advantage.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with 2D and/or 3D CAD drafting.
• Knowledge of construction, mechanical, electrical, architectural, or engineering drawings, depending on the project.
• Familiarity with Revit, SolidWorks, SketchUp, or other design software is an advantage.
• Ability to meet deadlines while maintaining high-quality work.
• With experience in aluminum doors and windows, curtain wall, and/or Glass and glazing.

Pay: Php18,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month
