Cad Operator/ Renderer

About the role

Use CAD software to create 2D drawings and 3D models of the project. Develop detailed architectural drawings using AutoCAD and Revit software based on client's specifications. Translate 2D concepts into 3D renderings and animations, and generate 3D files from plans.

Key responsibilities

• Use CAD software to create 2D drawings and 3D models of the project
• Attend meetings with the Sales Executives, Estimators and Operations to understand the project specifications and scope
• Develop detailed architectural drawings using AutoCAD and Revit software based on client's specifications
• Develop and maintain CAD design standards for the company
• Create 2D, 3D, and isometric drawings
• Generate and revise detailed 2D plans and elevations, and 3D perspective views
• Translate 2D concepts into 3D renderings and animations
• Create renderings and animations
• Get feedback from the client and construction managers and revise designs as needed
• Notify Projects Team of the design's progress and when the designs are complete

About you

• Minimum 1-2 years' experience in the interior drafting or large scale projects
• Strong organizational skills
• Eager to work in a team and highly skilled in coordination with other trades involved in a project
• Highly skilled in AutoCAD, Enscape, and SketchUp
