CAD Specialist– Support and Development

• Provide operational support and user assistance for CAD systems such as Inventor, AutoCAD, Siemens NX, and Solid Edge.
• Partially support SAP ECTR and related CAD integration topics.
• Contribute to the further development, standardization, and optimization of the CAD environment.
• Support global and regional rollout projects.
• Coordinate testing, validation, and deployment of new CAD templates, releases, and functionalities.
• Handle change requests, incidents, and continuous improvement activities in the CAD environment.
• Support interface topics between CAD systems and related engineering / PLM processes.
• Work closely with business users, key users, global solution owners, and external partners. Requirements:
• Degree or vocational qualification in Engineering, Mechanical Design, Information Technology, or a related field. 2. 2–3 years of hands-on experience with one or more CAD systems, ideally Autodesk Inventor, AutoCAD, Siemens NX, or Solid Edge.
• Good understanding of CAD applications and support processes.
• Initial experience with SAP ECTR or other CAD/PDM/PLM integration solutions is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured, independent way of working.
• Good communication and teamwork skills with a customer-oriented mindset.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
