Senior CAD Technician Position: Senior CAD Technician Department: Design / Technical Employment Type: Full-Time

Role Overview

We are seeking a technically strong Senior CAD Technician responsible for producing high quality architectural and interior construction documentation. The ideal candidate should be highly proficient in AutoCAD with excellent detailing and documentation skills.

Key Responsibilities

*Produce detailed CAD drawings based on design concepts and technical requirements. *Prepare plans, elevations, sections, reflected ceiling plans, flooring layouts, joinery details, and construction details. Develop comprehensive working and construction drawing packages.

*****Interpret sketches, design intent, specifications, and consultant information accurately. Incorporate revisions received from designers, project managers, and consultants. Check drawings for dimensional and technical accuracy. Coordinate drawings with structural and MEP information. Assist the Senior CAD Coordinator with drawing packages and technical coordination. Maintain established CAD standards and drawing protocols. Guide Intermediate and Junior CAD Technicians when required. Ensure assigned drawings are completed according to project deadlines.

Candidate Requirements

Diploma/Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Civil Engineering, Drafting, or related discipline. 5–8 years of relevant CAD experience. Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD. Strong experience in detailed architectural/interior working drawings. Good understanding of construction methods, materials, finishes, and joinery detailing.

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
