Your Role as a Chat Support Representative

You'll Help Customers Through Live chat and online customer support

Account, product, and service inquiries

Customer requests and account updates

Providing clear and accurate information

Handling multiple conversations efficiently

Resolving concerns and providing appropriate solutions

Documenting customer interactions

Escalating complex concerns when needed

Meeting quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction goals
