Civil Engineer (Site Engineer)

Job Description: Site Civil Engineer — BPCL Rasayani Project

Om Power Systems is seeking a dedicated and execution-driven Site Civil Engineer to oversee field operations at the BPCL petrochemical complex in Rasayani, Raigad. In this role, you will lead day-to-day civil construction and structural execution, including cable trenching, equipment foundations, concrete pouring, and structural steel erection while ensuring complete alignment with project drawings and engineering standards. You will serve as the primary on-site link between Om Power Systems and BPCL site engineers, consultants, and safety officers to handle daily work clearances, inspection requests, and material quality assurances such as concrete cube and compaction testing.

A core requirement of this role is strictly enforcing industrial safety protocols, which includes acquiring daily Work Permits (Permit to Work for cold/hot work, height work, and excavation) prior to job initiation. Additionally, you will manage site teams and sub-contractors, maintain Measurement Books (MB), track material consumption, and assist in preparing client and sub-contractor billing.

Candidates must possess a B.E./B.Tech or Diploma in Civil Engineering with 3 to 6 years of hands-on field experience in industrial plants, refineries, or electrical substation civil works.

Key competencies include reading structural drawings, drafting Bar Bending Schedules (BBS), proficient use of AutoCAD and MS Excel, and a strong working knowledge of PSU industrial site safety norms.

Strong communication skills in Hindi and Marathi or English are essential for managing labor and coordinating effectively with client representatives on site.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹46,000.00 per month
