Client Relationship Executive

About the role

This role involves developing strategies to drive client profitability and relationships, ensuring smooth implementation of client-related action plans, and establishing communication channels for clients to reach out to the company and vice versa. You will continuously improve and provide high levels of service to clients, support the team through business meetings with clients, and take responsibility over the clients' journeys.

About you

• Full certificate in GCE 'A' Level / Local Diploma / Local or International Degree
• Related Diploma
• Fluency in written and spoken English
• Effective knowledge with Microsoft programmes such as Word, PowerPoint and Excel
• No working experience is required - fresh graduates are welcomed
