Coding Model Training

We are looking for experienced professionals to support LLM model training through real-world coding tasks, security engineering, and benchmark development. The ideal candidates will have hands-on experience with Widesearch, Tau-Bench 3, Terminal-Bench 4, Harbor tasks, SWE, Deep SWE Bench, and LLM autoresearch capabilities.

• Security QA / Benchmark Lead

Qualifications

• Proficiency in programming languages

• Experience creating task for Taubench 3 or Terminal 4 task a must

• Experience in machine learning and deep learning models

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

• Ability to work independently and remotely

• Excellent communication skills

• Minimum 4 years of relevant professional experience.

• Strong programming skills and experience creating tasks for Tau-Bench 3 or Terminal-Bench 4.

• Experience with machine learning, deep learning, and LLM evaluation.

• Knowledge of application security, cloud security, or security testing and benchmarking, depending on the role.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

• Engagement: Remote, temporary contract

• Duration: 3 months, through the end of December

• Availability: 6 hours per business day, Monday to Friday, excluding holidays

• Assessment: Trial Task (TGT), followed by production deployment upon successful completion

• Billing: Hourly, based on actual effort, with effort tracking and task-level reporting
