Collection Trainer

Job Summary Responsible for facilitating training programs, developing employees' knowledge and skills, assessing learning progress, and ensuring trainees meet the required performance and competency standards of the company.

Scope Of Work

• Conduct engaging and informative training sessions
• Evaluate training effectiveness and make necessary adjustments
• Collaborate with management to identify training needs
• Create and update training materials and documentation
• Monitor and report on training outcomes and employee performance
• Provide ongoing support and mentorship to Operations

Skills & Qualifications

• At least with experience in training within a BPO/Collection environment.
• Strong knowledge of BPO operations and collection standards.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to design and develop effective training materials
