Job Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries through voice, chat, or email as per the process.
- Understand customer concerns and provide appropriate resolutions.
- Maintain professional and courteous communication with customers.
- Handle complaints and escalations effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Follow company policies, SOPs, and quality standards.
- Achieve defined productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction targets.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
