Assist customers with banking inquiries, accounts, transactions, and payments.
Resolve customer concerns and provide accurate, timely solutions.
Support account updates, service requests, and basic banking needs.
Protect customer information and follow banking security and compliance procedures.
Maintain high standards of customer service, accuracy, and productivity.
Get up to Php 24,000 plus up to Php 20,000 sign-on bonus when you join our team at TP Mall of Asia!
Qualifications:
Open to High School and Senior High School graduates
6 months Call center / BPO or Customer Service
Willing to work on-site
