Job Overview:

We are hiring Customer Service Advisors for a US-based E-commerce process. The role involves handling inbound customer calls/Mails and resolving order-related queries while ensuring high customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities --
Handle 40 to 50 inbound calls daily
Resolve customer queries related to:
Order cancellations
Refunds / returns
Missing orders
Payment issues
Provide professional and empathetic support
Follow SOPs and meet defined KPIs
Maintain accurate records in CRM systems

Eligibility Criteria
Minimum 6 Months of BPO customer service experience (Retail / Airline / Insurance, Etc)
No employment gaps
Fluent English communication (C1/C2 level)
Experience in international voice process preferred
Must be within 15 km radius or willing to relocate

Problem-solving ability
Ability to work in a high-volume environment
Basic computer and CRM knowledge

Work Schedule
5.5 days working
Rotational shifts and weekly offs
