Customer Service Assistant ( Contract )

Seeking a personable and service-driven Customer Service Associate to support daily clinic operations. The role involves managing patient interactions, handling administrative tasks, and assisting doctors with basic clinical procedures while ensuring a smooth and efficient patient experience

6 Months Contract , 5 Day Work Week , Office Hours

Key Responsibilities

• Handle patient registration, appointment booking, and payment transactions
• Deliver excellent front desk service and attend to patient enquiries
• Support doctors during consultations and assist with basic clinical procedures (e.g. ECG, venepuncture, tests)
• Perform administrative tasks and maintain accurate patient records
• Explain billing matters and provide financial guidance to patients
• Ensure cleanliness and organisation of clinic and reception areas
• Address patient feedback or concerns and escalate when required

Job Requirements

• Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level, NITEC, or Diploma in any discipline
• Preferably 1–2 years of experience in customer service, retail, or cashiering
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
