As a CSR, you will assist customers with inquiries, provide solutions to their concerns, and ensure a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries through calls, chat, or email
• Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns professionally
• Assist with account and service-related requests
• Document customer interactions and update records
• Follow company policies, procedures, and quality standards
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude when dealing with customers

Qualifications

• With or without BPO experience

• Any Educational Background

• Customer-oriented and willing to learn

• Basic computer skills

• Can work independently and as part of a team

• Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays when required
