About the role
Handle inbound calls regarding internet and cable services, assisting customers with billing, payments, account changes, and service requests. Perform basic troubleshooting, explain plans and charges, process account modifications, and recommend appropriate products or service upgrades.

- Assist customers with billing, payments, account changes, and service requests
- Perform basic troubleshooting
- Explain plans, charges, promotions, and service terms
- Process upgrades, downgrades, transfers, and cancellations
- Recommend appropriate products or service upgrades
- Document customer interactions and resolutions
- Meet quality, productivity, attendance, customer satisfaction, and sales targets
About you
- At least 6 months BPO experience
- HS/SHS graduate or college level/graduate
- Good English communication skills
- Basic computer and troubleshooting skills
- Customer service, technical support, or sales experience is an advantage
- Willing to work onsite in Mactan Newtown
- Amenable to shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays
