- High School Graduate — Old Curriculum or Senior High School Graduate (K-12)
- College Graduate or Undergraduate
- Good English Communication Skills
- Basic Computer Skills
- With or without BPO experience
- Willing to work on-site
- Willing to work on shifting schedules
