About the role
We are looking for dedicated and customer-focused Customer Service Representatives to join our team and handle a Luxury Account. If you have strong communication skills, customer service experience, and are comfortable handling voice and blended interactions, this opportunity is for you.
Key responsibilities
- Handle voice and blended interactions for a Luxury Account
- Provide customer-focused service with strong problem-solving
About you
- At least 6 months of BPO experience
- 1 year of Blended and Voice experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Customer-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
- Willing to work onsite at Bridgetowne
- Willing to work on shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays when required
