What they need
Customer Service Representative - Hospitality & BPO industry
Position Details:
Project: Airline industry
Location: Singha Complex, Bangkok
Working Hours: 24/7 rotational shifts (5 working days, 2 days off per week; working hours may vary depending on operational needs)
Salary: Up to 40,000 THB
Minimum Requirements:
Thai language proficiency: C1 level or above
English language proficiency: C1 level or above (Fluent)
Prior experience in the Airline industry is a must
- Customer service experience - BPO is preferred
Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree preferred.
- Proficiency in English & Thai (spoken and written).
- Significant experience in a complex fast paced environment.
- Ability to work across shifts and also support the team training and quality.
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Passion for ensuring an excellent user experience.
